1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 775bd platform — including but not limited to the sportsbook, live casino, slots, Wheel game, Triple game, and all related services accessible at 775bd.club — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players of the 775bd platform regardless of the device or method of access. Use of the platform via mobile browser, desktop browser, or any other supported interface is equally subject to these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

By registering and using 775bd, you confirm and warrant that:

Where reasonable grounds exist to suspect that a registered player is under 18 years of age, 775bd will immediately suspend that account pending identity verification. 3. Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on the 775bd platform. Creating duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held across all associated accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account termination without refund of any deposited funds where fraud is identified.

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 775bd login credentials, including your username and password. 775bd will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in is deemed to be carried out by you, and you accept full responsibility for all such activity.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid national identity card (NID), passport, birth certificate, proof of residential address such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months, and documentation relating to your payment method (for example, confirmation of your bKash or Nagad mobile number ownership).

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by 775bd may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension. 775bd processes all identity documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & BDT Payments

All financial transactions on the 775bd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 775bd does not charge currency conversion fees. The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile wallet methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit via direct bank transfer is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your 775bd account balance in real time or within a few minutes depending on the payment method used. 775bd does not impose a processing fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Deposits are final once processed. If you believe a deposit has not been credited to your account, contact support within 24 hours with your transaction reference number. 775bd will investigate and resolve confirmed discrepancies promptly.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 10 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) peak hours. Withdrawals via bank transfer complete within one to three business hours during BST banking hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for all methods.

775bd reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been used for deposits on the account, and only to accounts that are registered in the same name as the verified 775bd account. 775bd does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

4.3 Inactive Account Fees

An account is considered inactive if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 775bd reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per month to dormant accounts with a positive balance. You will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied. To avoid inactivity fees, simply log in to your account at least once every 12 months.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 775bd platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. General betting and gaming rules applicable across all products are set out below. Sport-specific rules and casino game rules are published within the relevant product sections of the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement except where a specific cash-out or edit-bet feature is available and has been exercised prior to event settlement.
• 775bd reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond the settlement window, or affected by circumstances outside normal sporting conduct.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or incorrect odds display, 775bd reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. 775bd is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Results are statistically random and independently verifiable. 775bd does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets placed and confirmed before a suspension are valid. Bets placed after a suspension are void if accepted in error.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

775bd may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are typically subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games or markets, minimum odds requirements, and expiry window are stated in each individual promotion's terms. Attempting to circumvent wagering requirements through low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage, or similar techniques may result in bonus forfeiture and account review.

6.2 Abuse of Promotions

775bd operates a zero-tolerance policy toward promotional abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a single-use bonus multiple times, colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes, using automated software to exploit promotional mechanics, and any other conduct designed to obtain bonus value beyond the intended purpose of the promotion. Where promotional abuse is identified, 775bd reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, suspend the account, and permanently ban the player from future promotional participation.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 775bd platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Registering or operating more than one account on the 775bd platform;
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, play games, or otherwise interact with the platform in a non-human manner;
• Colluding with other players in casino games, poker, or any other multi-player product;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or use of insider information in sports betting;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors in odds, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Using the platform to launder money or to conduct any transaction connected to criminal activity;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 775bd staff, support agents, or other players in any communication channel;
• Attempting to circumvent any security, verification, or anti-fraud measure implemented by 775bd.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

775bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, where required to do so for legal or regulatory compliance reasons, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, other players, or the integrity of any game or event.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any withdrawal requests in progress may be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation finds no breach, the account will be reinstated and any pending withdrawals released promptly. If a breach is confirmed, 775bd may withhold balances to the extent permitted by applicable law, particularly where fraud or criminal activity is involved.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your 775bd account at any time by contacting support at support@775bd.club. Prior to closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after applicable verification checks are completed. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 775bd platform — including but not limited to the brand name 775bd, logos, design elements, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, data structures, and all other proprietary material — is the exclusive intellectual property of 775bd or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 775bd platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the 775bd platform without prior written authorisation from 775bd.

Game content, including slot titles, live casino streams, and other interactive products, is provided under licence from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. Such content remains the intellectual property of the respective studios and is used by 775bd under valid commercial licences.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 775bd's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that you may lose all funds deposited into your 775bd account. 775bd is not responsible for any personal financial loss you sustain as a result of using the platform. You are encouraged to set deposit limits and utilise the responsible gaming tools available in your account settings.

11. Privacy & Data Use
